Darcie Olley

Darcie Olley graduated from the Colchester School of Art in 2018. In the last year of her studies, her work was selected by fashion designer Sir Paul Smith, as the recipient of the Nicole Abbott Award. After graduating she worked in the Textile Design industry for a while, before deciding illustrating is a must go ! Her works use a mixture of acrylic, watercolor, gouache, pencil and digital techniques. She likes cooking, yoga, and trying make friends with the neighbourhood cats ! Her curiosity and playful approach to life and art continue to drive her evolving journey as an illustrator.
