Description of the right of withdrawal

As a consumer customer, you have a period of 7 days to exercise your legal right of withdrawal. In the case of an order for products, the period is counted from the receipt of the products. In the case of an order for the provision of services, the period runs from the acceptance of the offer. If the 7-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day. You do not have to provide a reason to exercise your right of withdrawal. You will not get any penalty.

Return costs are your sole responsibility. The exercise of the right of withdrawal gives rise to a refund of the sums paid during the order as soon as possible and at the latest 30 days from the date on which you exercised this right. The refund will be made by bank transfer.
